You can watch it streaming on plenty of sites like goodanime dot net or animeseason dot com. If you want to dl it, I suggest anime_downloads.

Also, you may want to consider xxxHolic. The two series pretty much go hand in hand.

I really like Tsubasa (although I kinda gave up around the second season since it's pretty much filler city, although when you get to Tokyo Revelations... just... hold onto something). If you have read/seen any other CLAMP stories, then you'll see plenty of familiar faces.
